So I have been promising pics of the estate sale finds and haven't gotten them posted so here they are. The china cabinet came from the auction we went to a couple of weeks ago in Brownwood. No one would bid on it so i got it for $50! On the way home I was having buyers remorse worring about how to fit it in the dining room, if I would like it, etc. But now that it is in and filled--I LOVE it!
The quilts were picked up at another estate sale. They sold them for only $8 each!!! And they are really in great shape. They each need some minor repair.
This is the wall flag that I posted about making back in June. Finally got it hung up. Again,this was something I was unsure about but as it has been up longer, it has grown on me.
Very cool - I think your art quilt is great! Love the colors and detail.
