What's cooking this week...Feb 10

This is what I have planned for this week.  Last week, Mr. G was gone for two days and then lil E got sick so my menu plan kind of got thrown out the window.  So, you may see some repeats from last week since I've still got the ingredients on hand. 

First up pasta with tomato cream sauce.  I would like to post pics for you BUT since I have cooked the meal yet I can't.  There has been alot of uproar on various blogs and sites about people copying pics from Pinterest and using them on their blogs.  I don't want to get into any trouble or hurt anyone's feelings, so----no pics---sorry.  :(

Last night I used this bread recipe to make homemade hamburger buns and then used the remaining 2/3 of the dough to make this cinnamon bread.  I used the remaining dough (instead of the bread recipe in the link and followed the method with the cinnamon sugar, etc.)




That's my homemade burgers, buns and oven fries.  Not sure why blogger won't let me turn it upright.

I never got this potato soup made last week, so I am putting it back on the menu this week

This chicken is super easy and tasty


And that takes us up to Thursday--Valentine's Day.  I think I am going to make something fun for the boys that night, but I haven't decided what yet.  Maybe heart shaped pizza. 

I also have to take fruit to E's school for his party that day.  I think I am going to make some kabobs or something.  I'll post pics later in the week.  :)
