Saturday = Garage Sales

Today was just an OK day in garage saledom.  My major score today was two new in box Silpat mats.  Those of you who bake a lot probably know what these are, for those of you who don't they are AWESOME!  Typically I use parchment paper when I make cookies but Silpat mats do the same thing only better.  For one thing they can be rinsed off and reused.  Which is great for  me, because somehow I always seem to run out of parchment paper just when I need it.  Plus, they retail for about $25 and I got my two for $3 each.  WooHooo!
