Cinnamon Pecan Rolls

1 1/4 C powdered sugar
1/2 C whipping cream
1 C chopped pecans
2 loaves of frozen bread dough
3 TBS of melted butter
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1 TBS of cinnamon

Topping:  in a small mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar and cream.  Divide evenly between two 9" cake pans.  Sprinkle pecans over the cream mixture.  On a lightly floured surface, roll out each loaf of bread dough.  Brush with melted butter.  In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon.  Sprinkle over dough and roll up jelly roll style.  Cut into slices.  Place cut side down in pans.  Let rise until double in size.  Bake at 375 for 20-30 min.  Let cool in pans for 5 mins then invert pans on to serving plates.
