Spooky spider bean dip
1 can of black beans, drained,
1 can of pinto beans, drained
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese softened
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
garlic powder, onion powder, and chipotle chile powder
Blend cream cheese in a food processor with 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of onion powder and 1/4 tsp of chile powder. Add both cans of beans and blend until smooth. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until bubbly and warmed through. Put a few TBS of sour cream in a ziploc bag. Cut the corner off the bag and pipe the sour cream into a spider web pattern on top of dip.
Pumpkin cheese ball I got this one and the next one for punch from one of those little recipe books you can pick up at the grocery check out
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese softened
3 C of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of chipotle chile powder
Blend all together in a food processor. Scoop out and place in a ball shape. Put in the refrigerator to chill and firm. When firm shape into a pumpkin shape. Use a wooden skewr to create ridges in the pumpkin. Place parsley on top to create a stem and then serve with crackers or veggies.
Monster slime punch
1 can of frozen limeade (thawed)
1 quart of lime sherbet
1 2 liter bottle of ginger ale
Pour all together in a punch bowl and serve. Super yummy!!!
